Can you believe it's that time of year again and that this is our third, yes third Pin Up Picnic in the Park! No I can hardly believe it either, but it is.
Over the last three years we have held a very successful Pin Up Picnic in the Park event to raise money for charity and to create a free event for budding and established pin ups to meet and mingle.
Last year due to the weather reports we changed last minute venue plans to Kanola tiki bar (thanks to Amber) but this year ... the weather being good to us (we hope) we'll be back in Hyde park.
So get those picnic baskets out, prop up the parasol and bring sun cream because we're hoping this will be even better than the last.
This year we shall be supporting the charity Shelter, if you don't know about Shelter please click the link and go and take a read. They are an incredible charity that does some amazing work, helping the homeless or whenever possible stopping the situation arising in the first place.
Every donation to this years raffle will be going directly to Shelter - even if we only manage to help one person, that's one persons life we've helped to change, ones persons life we've managed to make a little better.
As usual the raffle donations will be through our JustGiving page which we shall announce end of May. This gives you 3 months to save those pennies and donate as little or as much as you can for a fantastic cause with the incentive of winning some incredible, generously donates prizes.
The prizes and marvelous companies who donated them shall all be announced from mid Apirl through to the Picnic date (29th July.. make sure to pencil it in your diaries)
It would also be a great idea to get planning your journey now as tickets will be cheaper and maybe even buddy up to travel! Anyone heading there from the West Midlands is more than welcome to travel with me just send us a message.
