Beat it Baby!

I was fortunate enough to be in the first round of people to get there little mitts on one of these sort after bags from Kate Costigan....

The Beat it Baby tote has sold like hot cakes via her Etsy page and I'm not surprised.
I built this little outfit for the day around the colour scheme of the bag because I adored it so much. As soon as it arrived I had to wear it out straight away and haven't really put it down since.

The bag is super durable, a heavy cotton mix, I've worn it out a few times now and it has no signs of wear. The print is also so well done I was super impressed, the printing hasn't faded or marked at all.

Kate's designs are fun, mid century modern with a lovely minimalist twist. I adore the muted pallets within the designs and how something so simple can look so eye catching and absolute perfection.

I'm excited to snap up some prints for my walls when we finally get moved in to our first house in a few weeks.

Grab your tote HERE!

and don't forget Kate Costigan has donated prizes to these years charity raffle so to be in with a chance of winning a Kate Costigan prize as well as many other be sure to donate HERE!

Mini Post - Lady K Loves

and we sure do love Lady K...

I discovered Lady K Loves a few years ago now, it was the first time I attended a Rockabilly event 'The Rockabilly Rave' which I am incredibly sad to be missing this year.

Kessie had a whole room in the main dance area downstairs next to the bar like a little cave and I literally wanted everything!
I tried on capris and tops and skirts, but it wouldn't be until I attended the Mid Century Market with all the old BB members that I would pick up a gorgeous black pencil skirt, that went perfectly with everything.

Since then Kessie and LKL have gone from strength to strength and hopefully you all saw us promote like crazy the campaign for Lady K Loves to get those Jeans in production and on every Butt in the UK and beyond!

They also recently launched a brand new website that is perfect and easy to shop, check it out HERE!

I was lucky enough to get my mitts on a little goodie bag too which includes a LKL Tote, LKL American work wear style raglan tee and a little LKL postcard.
The tee is so comfy, Kessie please do more, in more colours! they are the perfect top to wear everyday. I've worn it with jeans and mostly my dungarees - great for when pulling a weekend shift to help my friends parents at their street food business.

If you don't have one of these, oh my you need one! and while your there get yourself some amazing Hug Me Baby's or Le Wilde jeans to pair with it.

My Top LKL Picks
(in other words my lust list for LKL)

And remember Lady K Loves have donated to our charity raffle so to be in with a chance of winning some fabulous prizes including a voucher from LKL make sure you donate HERE!

From little acorns, mighty oaks grow...

Now some of you may have noticed recently I've been posting a lot about a company called 'Lucky Little Acorns'. What can I say, I came across this adorable little brand on Instagram and have been enthralled ever since.

I've spent ages going through the site making imaginary lists of what I wanted to buy, but after a few weeks of saving I settled on the new Tote bag and a personalised Claddagh ring

The tote bag is made of a heavy durable material, perfect for every day use to and from work. I love the size of it! It's a fantastic large tote and only cost £15 (what a steal I know!) it also comes in a tan / neutral colour with a black print.

The little Claddagh ring is even more beautiful in person than I can capture in an image.  The engraving is precious and makes the perfect touch and it comes in a tiny little velvet pouch. This would make the most perfect gift for a friend or girlfriend, or even a fantastic little engagement ring if your looking for something incredibly personal and special.

This ring comes in at only £16 - such an utter bargain grab one while you can!

Since my purchases I've been deciding what to get next, so below is what I'm looking to purchase in the future:

LLC PART II Night Tee - £18

Engraved Lucky Penny Keyring-  £8

I want to get two of these - one for my friends upcoming wedding to forever have a memento she can carry around with her wedding date on.
The other for my close friend who had a beautiful little boy a month ago, so it can have his name, birth date and time on as a little memento of one of the best days of her life.

Of course I'll have to pick up a Lucky Little Acorns gift box too, at £2 a box they add that extra special touch!

Make sure to go over to Lucky Little Acorns website, there is something for everyone with a personalised touch!
